Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon onion granules
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the ground beef with the olive oil, garlic granules, onion granules, paprika, salt and black pepper until evenly coated.
    1 pound ground beef
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon garlic granules
    1 teaspoon onion granules
    1 teaspoon paprika
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Spread the seasoned beef in a single layer in the air fryer basket (it’s okay if it overlaps a little).
  • Air fry for 5 minutes, then pull out the basket and use a spatula or tongs to stir and break up any clumps.
  • Return to the air fryer and cook for another 4–5 minutes, or until the beef is nicely browned and cooked through.
  • Use immediately in tacos, bowls, salads or any dish that needs quick, flavorful ground beef!

Notes

  • Always let your air fryer come up to 400°F before adding the beef — this guarantees instant sizzle and even browning.
  • Spread the meat out in as thin a layer as you can; too much piled up leads to steaming instead of crisping.
