Ingredients 
 

  • 9 ounces pasta
  • 5 oz bacon cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups half and half
  • ½ teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 ounce packet ranch seasoning
  • cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove it with a slotted spoon and set aside.

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt. Stir in the half and half and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

  • Next, stir in the garlic granules, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and ranch seasoning. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, then toss in the cooked pasta and chicken.

  • Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 casserole dish. Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top, then finish with the cooked bacon pieces.
