Craving pizza but short on time? This One Pan Pizza Tortellini is your weeknight savior! It's a cheesy, saucy, and super comforting meal that comes together in minutes with just one skillet.
Lightly brush the skillet with olive oil or cooking spray.
1 tablespoon olive oil
Add the uncooked tortellini to the prepared skillet, then pour the marinara sauce and water to cover them. Do not stir but use a spatula to distribute the sauce and make sure all tortellini are covered.
20 oz cheese tortellini
2 cups marinara sauce
½ cup water
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce. Arrange the pepperoni slices, black olives, and roasted peppers on top.
1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese
4 oz pepperoni slices
¼ cup black olives
¼ cup roasted peppers
Pop the skillet into the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown and the tortellini are cooked through.
Finish with a sprinkle of fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
